Heartbeat

Heartbeat

Chorus:
80 beats a minute, beats a minute going by
There aint nothing in it, someday soon we gonna die
Cos from the beginning, at the start of our lives
Allah Decides

Verse 1

tick tock....cant stop the clock
never know when you gotta go
never know when it's gonna stop
pop pop , and then you drop
your countdown begins since before you were born
dont let a moment slip by that you'll regret when your gone
losing 80 beats a minute, 400 for this song
tomorrow isn’t promised
This life aint really long
the one that’s comin after is the one that truly matters wait stop…
missing a beat, drawing the heat
gotta conspire to change your life or its the fire we eat
cos time is but a token every mans at a loss
don’t matter if you young or old , you never know what you got
so with every living, breathing, beating moment  that your're given turn attention
to the one who grants your heart the permission
before your clock stops tickin

Verse 2
Thump Thump, every heart beat pump
they saying stop me chump, now you got me stumped!
These young thugs, being hard, living life on edge,
Doing drugs, being scarred by delusions of their age
they’re their own slave master, Do anything they can to make
their hearts pumping faster, No fear of disaster
Tick tick tock, it’s a count down timer,
Quick, now stop, take a lesson from a rhymer
80 beats per minute, but as youth we feel infinite
From the up-beat in the beginning, every symphony has been written
Cos God’s controlling the pulse, counting the throbs, even the strokes
Every half-note and quiver, has been written in the books
when that last beat drum’s, all your past deeds comes,
Good deeds will only matter, better best bring some...

Verse 3
4800 an hour, 100 000 a day
that's 42 million per annum, man you aint got time to play
cos praying is what pays when investing in heaven
drop the cocaine and the clubs, and the vices of Satan
cos he is the one that diverts you, yeah
till you visit the graves then realise a life of virtue
So, sieze the day, make it count, make a change
believe in Allah, His angels, books, the last day
the greatest of man, all the prophets who came...
until Muhammad the last, Peace be upon him we say
Predestination the plan...penned by God’s almighty Hand
Heaven awaits those who contemplate and understand

zain bhikha - Spread The Word

We are the Muslim Ummah
And each day that goes by the harder we try
In gratitude we pray to Allah
Chosen as part of the best of Mankind
We spread the word of Islam
Each minute, Each Hour
In awe of His power
Each Flower, Each Tree
Everything that we see

Chorus:
Spread the word O' Man
Spread the word Islam
Oh Fortunate One
Paradise must be won (x2)

Each Day and each night
Through Darkness and Light
Cry it out to the World

Spread the Word, Spread the Word
Spread the Word O'Man,
Spread the World of Islam

Every difficulty faced in our lives
Makes us realize that it's part of Allah' plan
Feeling stronger we take it in our stride
He will always favour the patient one
While we spread the word of Islam
Every sigh, sad goodbye
Every tear from my eye
Every yes, every no
Every high, every low
Chorus

zain bhikha - Mount Hira

The same moon, the same star
Gazed right down at Rasulullah
They saw him climb, down from Hira
Now a Prophet, Prophet of Allah
And in the sky, was angel Jibril
He said o Muhammad, O Rasulullah
And so he walked, into Makkah
In his heart echoed Iqra, Iqra
And from the world, darkness was gone
with salvation, rising with dawn
for here was a blessing, a gift from Allah
and the light of Muhammad, outshone that star

Muhammad is, and always will be
the last and final Prophet of Allah
He was a mercy, unto the universe
peace and blessings be on Al-Mustafa

So he began, this perfect man
SendIng hIs word, across the land
leading only, by his sunnah
And the Quran, the word of Allah
He brought the answer to this cruel world
Our beloved Prophet, Muhammad

Muhammad is, and always will be
the last and final Prophet of Allah
He was a mercy, unto the universe
peace and blessings be on Al-Mustafa

So from that cave, in Mount Hira
To the holy city of Madinah
in life and death, he showed Islam
Opened our hearts to the wealth of Iman
So o Allah, hear my dua
Keep me as part of the Prophets ummah

Muhammad is, and always will be
the last and final Prophet of Allah
He was a mercy, unto the universe
peace and blessings be on Al-Mustafa

The same moon, the same star
Gazed right down at Rasulullah
They saw him climb, down from Hira
Now a Prophet, Prophet of Allah
And in the sky, was angel Jibril
He said o Muhammad, o Rasulullah
He said o Muhammad, Nabi of Allah

zain bhikha - Allah is Enough for Me

When he was placed in the well
or locked in the dungeon
betrayed by his own flesh and blood
convicted of what he did not
handsome Yusuf sighed
Allah is enough for me!

Taken in as a slave
made to work night and day
resisting all temptation
Allah is enough for me!

Until the king had a dream
Many hard years had gone by
patience and repentance
Allah is enough for me!

Till...the fortunate day
there he sees his father
in the land of content
Allah is enough for me!

Handsome Yusuf cried
Allah is enough for me!

Every night brings a new day
Allah alleviates all pain
Everything has its end
Allah is enough for me!

Everything has its end
Allah is enough for me!

Allah is enough for me!

zain bhikha - Where We Belong

Once, I was drowning in my fears
and the twinkle in my eye dissappeared
and I had no way to look on
my horizon seemed to have gone
and my whole life seemed empty and bleak
each day and night the answers I seek

But when the darkness seems so strong
and I couldn't go on
to the sky I raise my hands
making right what was so wrong I found the strength to carry on
upto heaven where I belong

In life, there are lessons to be learned
with steadfastness, paradise is earned
and if all hope seems to be gone, just hold on 'til after the storm
and if you ask what purpose have I? why am I here and why do I cry?

And when the darkness seems so strong
and you just can't go on
pray for your helping hand
you'll see the sun will rise again
you'll find the strength to carry on
upto heaven where you belong

'coz life is but a journey for us all
we cry, we laugh we run, sometimes we fall
but through it all always recall God never gives a burden too tall

When the darkness seeems so strong
and I can't go on
to the sky i raise my hands
making right what is so wrong
I find the strength to carry on
upto heaven where I belong

Coz when the darkness seems so strong
and I cant go on,
to the sky I raise my hands making right what is so wrong
I find the strength to carry on
upto heaven where I belong

upto heaven, heaven where I belong

zain bhikha - Al-Khaliq

(Chorus): La illaha Ill Allah
Muhammad Dur-Rasullullah
Sall-Allahu Alayhi Wa Sallam

Al Khaaliq made the oceans
Rivers, lakes, streams and rain
Bow their waves in pure submission
Upon the earth to praise his name

Chorus

There is no creature among us
Upon the air or in the sea
That does no sing with wonder
Praising in community

Chorus

The dry earth is a sign
To all of mankind
Brought to life with peaceful rain
And to us Allah will do the same

zain bhikha - Orphan Child

Orphan Child

She was just standing there, little girl all alone
Barely covered head to toe, barely just twelve years old
Why is she all alone, why's the world just so cold
Why don't we play our part what has hardened our hearts?
What has hardened our hearts?

Underneath the waterfall, million dollar shopping mall
Two boys play their games, helps to keep them nice and warm
Thousand people walking by, feeding their vain desire
Don't they see, are they blind, Allah loves the orphan child
Allah loves the orphan child

Like our Beloved Muhammad, Peace be upon Him
He was an orphan and Allah sheltered him
What status is given to these children… children?

Just by the riverside, right next to that orphan child
Families come to play, they don't see that's where she stays
Looking through empty eyes, who cares that she might die
O my child, don't you cry, Allah loves you more than I
Allah Love's you more

She was standing there, barely just twelve years old
What has hardened our hearts, why's the world just so cold.

zain bhikha - A Way of Life

Do you know what Islam is?
It’s a way of life for all
It is taught in the Qur’an
For big and small

Chorus:
A way of life, a way of life
A way of life, a way of life
Islam is a way of life
A complete way
Do you know what Islam says?
It says that life’s the greatest test
It says that life’s a borrowed space
Returned upon rest

Islam solves all of it’s problems
Allah leaves no stone unturned
Perfect with no flaws at all
Are the laws of Allah

zain bhikha - Although I Never Saw his Face

Although I never saw his face
So beautiful bestowed with grace
My heart just yearns to be like him
Although I never saw his face
The Sunnah of the Prophet I will embrace
Prayers and blessing I pour onto him
Although I never saw his face
He loved the children and the old
Gave his heart to every soul
Nursed the sick and served the poor
Fed the hungry at his door
Loved the creatures tame and wild
Comforted the orphan child
Bid men peace, cared for the youth
Allah’s Messenger in truth
So with devotion I do read
His life of which I try to lead
No deed is mine except is his
Although I never saw his face
Muhammad is his blessed name
Called for Tawhid when he came
He was honest, very kind
Greatest teacher to mankind
Brought us guidance so complete
Taught us how to pray and eat
Always practised what he knew
Never strayed from what is true
While in the sunnah you’ll recall
Are detailed teachings for us all
And no more Prophets there will be
For he’s the final one you see
His life he was prepared to give
At Uhud, Badr, Ta’if
Brought to us holy Qur’an
Very heart of our Islam
On the plains of ‘Arafat
Gave last sermon for Ummah
Passed away in Madinah
Lived only to worship Allah

zain bhikha - Go Forward Young Muslims

Go forward young Muslims,
wherever you are
In the shadow of the sun or by the light
of a star
Your supreme protector is Almighty Allah
Go forward young Muslims,
wherever you are
Go forward young Muslims,
whoever you are
Press forward and forward to the light
of Allah
And repeat and repeat,
al-Hamdu li ’Llah
Go forward and forward,
whoever you are
Go forward young Muslims,
say bismi ’Llah
Together we shall stand for the pleasure
of Allah
He’ll forgive us all, say insha’a ’Llah
Go forward young Muslims,
al-Hamdu li ’Llah
Go forward young Muslims,
wherever you are
Go forward young Muslims,
al-Hamdu li ’Llah

zain bhikha - You Are Never Alone

Sometimes when the world's not on your side
You don't know where to run to
You don't know where to hide
You gaze at the stars in the sky
At the mountains so high
Through the tears in your eyes
Looking for a reason to replace what is gone
Just remember, remember
That you are never alone

You are never alone
Just reach into your heart and Allah is always there
You are never alone
Through sorrow and through grief
Through happiness and peace
You will never be alone

So now, as you long for your past
Prepare for you future
But knowing nothing's gonna last
You see, this life is but a road
A straight and narrow path
To our final abode
So travel well O Muslim
and Paradise will be your home
and always remember that you are never alone

zain bhikha - Have you heard

Each day we are reminded
and each day we say
there’s not much that we can do
it seems so far away
So we live our lives in silence
pretending not to hear
the voices of our people
The cry is so so clear
Why do we stand by spectating
while our brothers cry jihad?
We are bound by one conviction:
we believe in Allah

Chorus:
Have you heard of Kosova, of Afghanistan?
Have you heard of Palestine [2nd chorus: Bosnia]
of Chechan?
Have you heard of all these people
persecuted in their land?
Do you know that all these people are dying for Islam?
Have you heard, have you heard
have you heard?

Each day is like another
Nothing seems to change
Today he'll lose his brother
Tomorrow will be the same
Yet his faith makes him stronger
he’s come so so far
The pain in his heart is eased
by his love for Allah
O I envy you my brother
in adversity you pray
You know that heaven awaits you
at the end of this day

chorus

zain bhikha - FORTUNATE IS HE

FORTUNATE IS HE

Fortunate is he
Who remembers Allah abundantly
Worldly distractions cannot mildly sway
His thoughts of Allah and Judgement day

Righteous is he
Who bows to one he cannot see
Whose deeds do not spring without Bismillah
Fulfilling his tasks with perfect taqwa

Devout is he
Who supplicates to Allah intensively
Whose heart is merciful, tender and kind
His gaze on life after, this world behind

Prosperous is he
Who spends his wealth on the poor and needy
Who speaks a kind word to kin and neighbour
Ever-grateful for Allah's favours

Guided is he
Who prays salaat with punctuality
Early morning, tahajjud he prays
For Allah's pleasure and nearness he craves

God-fearing is he
Who contemplates death early
Who starts as he sees his demise
And tears fall over wasted sacrifice

Blessed is he
Who sings Allah's praises fervently
Blessed be all alf of Allah's slaves
Allah's mercy be with them always

zain bhikha - City of Medina

Mercy and Blessings from above,
descend ceaselessly on Medina
People feel the joy, people feel the love,
in the city of Rasullullah
A perfect path he laid for everyone,
He lived and died for us, what have I done
I have forsaken his life; I have abandoned his way,
Oh Allah now my time has come

Deep in my heart I feel a change has begun
Deep in my soul I feel the warmth of the sun
Burning bright with Imaan on the road to Ihsaan
All my obstacles I will overcome

Chorus:
Peace be upon Rasullullah
Peace be upon Habibillah
Peace be upon Muhammad
Peace be upon ShafiAllah
Peace be upon Khairakhilqillah
Peace be upon Muhammad
Last of the Ambiyaa
Without his sunnah, we're disgraced,
People rushing in order to embrace
The Rahmah that Allah sends down to this place
To the city of Medina

Every language and colour you can see
There is unrivalled hospitality
And dates that's as sweet as the smile of a child
Oh I feel so unworthy

Chorus
Oh how my mind races back in time
To the day in Medina he arrived
And all the people came running happily outside
To welcome the Messenger

For his call was to worship the One
Their hearts united with the beating of the drum
And the children were singing praises to him
I wish I couldնe been there with them

Chorus
Standing before him I realize that I have strayed
Oh Allah, give me the strength to mend my ways
With tears in my eyes, I sincerely pray

Chorus

zain bhikha - Sabr and Shukr

There was so much on my mind in my bed I lay
I turned to my side and I heard a voice say
Stop all your whining, heart rates declining
You've got so much more than most
Look how you're sleeping, how much you've eaten
Don't you know that you're supposed to say

Chorus:
Sabr and Shukr are wonderful things
The praises to Allah we should always sing
when things go right it's from Him not me
And when they are wrong, we get through patiently

I got out of bed, began to walk
Bumped into some folks and we started to talk
Did you hear about the killing, the bloodshed the stealing
The grass got burned on the other side
Soldiers a coming, people a running
All that's left is the orphan child

Chorus
Bridge:
I opened my eyes and began to see
Everything that's happening around me
What seemed half empty now seems so full
There's no use crying over what's been spilled
While babies are dying, mothers are crying
Their containers have never even been filled

Chorus (Half)
Inn Allah ha, Ma As Saabireen

I opened my eyes, began to see
Everything that's happening around me

Chorus (Half)
Chorus (Full)

zain bhikha - Here I Am

Lately I have been wondering so
Wondering 'bout what do I know
About this life and where do I go
After I die, how can it be so?
That some people say that it all ends
When into my grave I descend
But how can my aim of heaven be flawed
When my only wish is to be with my Lord

Chorus:
Oh Lord, here I am, pleading at your door
Send me Your mercy, send me Your peace or I am lost for sure
Oh Lord, here I am, yearning for the / your cure
This humble servant will be diverted from you no more...no more

And so I was called to the places my Lord
The places my Lord has blessed for all
Joining the millions that day I walked
For my eternal salvation I sought
And standing before him with all I have
two empty hands and a humbled man
I pledged my very life to Him, Oh Lord, here I am

Chorus:

zain bhikha - Shaitaan

Chorus:
Oh Shaitaan, I'm gonna throw you down, throw you down right into the ground
Oh Shaitaan, I'm gonna throw you down, throw you down right into the ground

For so many years you've been pestering me
Whispering and snickering in my ear

Chorus

Ooh

On this blessed day you pale and weak
Hiding in the corner filled with grief
Cos People come a marching praising Allah
Casting you right out of their hearts

Chorus
You pledged to Allah, your only desire
To take us all with you straight to the fire
But Allah has supreme power,
he will devour
Your plans for believers till cometh the Hour

Chorus
You've been causin trouble since time began
A snake in the garden you tricked the first man

Chorus
With every pebble I toss in the hole
I'm building my armor around my soul

Ooh

Chorus
I'm telling myself now it's about time
There aint no way you gonna mess with my mind
Oh Shaitaan, don't you slow me down
I'm making my way to the right part a town

Chorus

Chorus

zain bhikha - The Journey

All across, ocean and land
Incumbent on all man
Is the pilgrimage to Mecca
Fifth pillar of Islam
In the footsteps of Muhammed (PBUH
The last prophet of Allah

Chorus:
Bow Down, Bow down and praise Allah
First sight of the Ka'bah
Break down and Praise Allah

The path, this journey from afar
To the city of Makkah
To strengthen what we believe in
The voyage we undertake
Hear the echo in the wind
Labaik, Allah Humma Labbaik

Chorus
Ismaeel, son of Ibraheem
Lay on the burning sand
With his mother running frantically
Between Safa and Marwa
From the sky came Angel Jibraeel
Brought a blessing from Allah...Allah

Chorus
It isn't always easy, there is so much we don't know
So many people in this world just don't know which way to go
But if our faith prevails
We'll always do our very best
To have the strongest conviction
And survive the greatest test

Here we are, leaving Mina

Conviction in our hearts
Crying out to the heavens
On the plains of Arafah
Standing proud beside my brother
Silent at Muzdalifah

Chorus
